Britti is a Surgery Scheduler for Dr. Roh. She joined The Spine Center at OrthoIllinois in May 2018.
As a scheduler, Brittni is responsible for arranging upcoming surgeries, including obtaining preauthorization from insurance companies, verifying patient eligibility and coverage, discussing pre-operative instructions with patients, scheduling all tests and operating times according to physician protocols.
Brittni enjoys the family atmosphere of The Spine Center at OrthoIllinois, working with Dr. Roh, Matt and their entire team. When scheduling a patient for their upcoming surgery, she feels it is important to be able to meet face-to-face, help reassure them about the procedure, alleviate any anxiety, and answer as many questions as possible. She thinks it is important to establish a connection with her patients so they feel comfortable calling and asking questions throughout the process. We truly care about our patients and want them to be prepared for the day of surgery.
Brittni lives in Winnebago, Illinois with her significant other and their two daughters. She spends her spare time chasing their children around and spending time with family and friends.
Jami is a surgery scheduler for Dr. Sliva. She joined The Spine Center at OrthoIllinois in April 2004 and has 21 years of experience in the medical field. In this role, Jami is responsible for making all of the arrangements for upcoming surgeries including obtaining preauthorization from insurance companies, verifying patient eligibility and coverage, discussing pre-operative instructions with patients, and scheduling all tests and operating room time according to physician protocols.
Prior to joining The Spine Center at OrthoIllinois, Jami held Medical Receptionist roles at Personal Women’s Healthcare in Elk Grove Village, IL, Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, IL, and Rockford Orthopedic Associates. Jami studied at John Wood Community College in Quincy, IL.
In her spare time, Jami volunteers for the Special Olympics of Illinois. She is a member of Poplar Grove Methodist Church and enjoys spending time with her family.
Jennifer is a surgery scheduler for Dr. Sweet. She joined the The Spine Center at OrthoIllinois team in May 2017 after working more than eight years as a scheduler at SwedishAmerican Hospital.
She is responsible for arranging upcoming surgeries, including obtaining preauthorization from insurance companies, verifying patient eligibility and coverage, discussing pre-operative instructions with patients, and scheduling all tests and operating room time according to physician protocols.
Jennifer studied at Rock Valley College and says she enjoys being part of the medical field, as it affords her many learning opportunities. She finds it rewarding to know that she is making a difference in patients’ lives by helping them feel better.
Away from the office, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and their two children.
